Rider Information

Rules for Riding

  • Seatbelts must be used when vehicles are in motion.
  • No liquids unless container has a lid.
  • No greasy, messy foods or snacks.
  • No smoking or use of alcohol, tobacco, or prohibited drugs.
  • No firearms or weapons allowed in transit vehicles.
  • Driveways and sidewalks must be free of snow and other obstacles.
  • Driver may offer assistance with up to four, reasonably weighted packages but may not enter your home.
  • Riders must not keep drivers waiting more than five minutes.
  • In Town: Please provide a 15 minute notice of cancellation.
  • Out-Of-Town: Please provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to charge for no shows.
  • Wheelchairs must be equipped with footrests.
  • All equipment must be secured and not impede driver.
  • If you need special assistance, you should have an escort. Escorts ride free.
  • Service animals are allowed, pets and comfort animals are not.
  • Riders are to treat driver and other passengers with respect at all times and must not engage in violent, disruptive, or belligerent behavior.
  • Riders also must not engage in any illegal conduct. 


A suspension may be issued after a warning for repeatedly not following any of the above rules.

Accommodations

We will consider every request for reasonable modification(s) from persons with disabilities. Persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) may receive language assistance free of charge upon request. For modifications or language assistance call us at 701-523-3241.
