- Seatbelts must be used when vehicles are in motion.
- No liquids unless container has a lid.
- No greasy, messy foods or snacks.
- No smoking or use of alcohol, tobacco, or prohibited drugs.
- No firearms or weapons allowed in transit vehicles.
- Driveways and sidewalks must be free of snow and other obstacles.
- Driver may offer assistance with up to four, reasonably weighted packages but may not enter your home.
- Riders must not keep drivers waiting more than five minutes.
- In Town: Please provide a 15 minute notice of cancellation.
- Out-Of-Town: Please provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
- We reserve the right to charge for no shows.
- Wheelchairs should be equipped with footrests, but not required.
- All equipment must be secured and not impede driver.
- If you need special assistance, you should have an escort. Escorts ride free.
- Service animals are allowed, pets and comfort animals are not.
- Riders are to treat driver and other passengers with respect at all times and must not engage in violent, disruptive, or belligerent behavior.
- Riders also must not engage in any illegal conduct.
A suspension may be issued after a warning for repeatedly not following any of the above rules.
